Christmas is nearly here!!

Ok guys, the big day is nearly here and I was wondering which Christmas film to watch. I have to watch a tinsel inspired movie before the 24th to get me in the mood for the disappointment when that special day arrives and then quickly goes. Bah humbug indeed!!

I bought the Jim Carrey animated version of a Christmas Carol last week. Looks good I thought, indeed the animation is really cool but the film doesn't come anywhere near my favourite, Muppets CHristmas Carol, a classic.

So I guess that's what I'll be watching next with my dear old wife. She's nagging me to put up the tree (ours is usually up by now but I've had my way this year so we are waiting a bit), so I guess I'll have to dust off the decorations and get that step ladder out this weekend. Oh the joys!!

With the days quickly coming and going before the 25th I need to get two more Christmas movies watched. Scrooged and National Lampoon's Xmas Vacation. I love the build up to Christmas but as soon as the turkey hits the table that's my Christmas finished.
